Our law firm’s primary goal is to provide each client with the highest quality legal service and to obtain a fair and equitable resolution for each client. relationship between our law firm attorney and client. Our qualified attorneys in the Detroit Metro area resolve most legal disputes through negotiation, mediation, or compromise. Legal matters that are not settled in this manner will be litigated either before a judge, a jury, or a mediator.

ABOUT OUR PARTNERSHIP

Smith Mihas, PLLC is the partnership of Nicole Smith and Harry Mihas. Both are lifelong Downriver Detroit residents with respective families in the local community. They have both been active members of the Criminal Defense Attorneys of Michigan, and the Downriver Bar accepting leadership positions and providing educational seminars.
